IN CONSTRUCTION. This multi-generation home has been in the family since the late 70s and sits in a beloved neighbourhood. As the needs of the family have changed, we designed a modern, fresh space in the basement for the adult kids and an updated space on the second floor with several considerations for aging-in-place. A basement level addition, updated foyer and new roof, will ensure this family stays together for as long as they please.
