Tucked up on a hill on a grassy peninsula, this charming traditional custom home looks across the water at Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, one of Canada’s most colourful and historic towns. Most homes in this part of Atlantic Canada are over 100 years old, with charm and patina that is difficult to mimic. Our clients commissioned us to design a home that brought in the special details characteristic of the area while achieving a more “modern traditional” overall feel. We layered wood, stone and brick with beautiful moulding details and special gold accents. We chose finishes as much for their beauty as their function. This projects begins construction in Early 2023 and we can’t wait to share more of it with you.
