This busy family of four knew that the layout and functionality of their new home was not a long-term solution, but its generous size and desirable location on the edge of a greenbelt, was appealing. We transformed the main floor space by opening its 1980s boxed rooms and moving the entire kitchen and dining area across the space. A new, large eat-up island and tall, ceiling height cabinets with tons of storage was a priority, as was classic, tasteful finishes selections that reflected their love of traditional details.
